As a student-run consulting firm, Nova Junior Consulting draws its strength from the quality of its’ people. As such, it is fundamental for NJC to attract and retain the top talent at Nova School of Business and Economics. Therefore, recruitment is open to every Masters or Bachelor students at Nova SBE.

The Recruitment Process

To become a member of NJC, every candidate must successfully complete each phase of the process described below. Each candidate will be evaluated by their performance in each phase. As so, we advise them to be prepared to talk about themselves, their interests and experiences, but also to solve the problems presented by the interviewers while showing critical and analytical thinking.

Group Dynamics

Candidates will be divided into teams to discuss and present a case study to a panel of NJC members.

Interview

Each candidate will have a final interview with 2 NJC members.

Motivational Assessment

Each candidate will have a talk with the President or VP in order to assess the level of motivation and expectation towards joining NJC
